Ante-natal Sessions

Ante-natal or pre-natal education is designed to help you prepare physically,mentally
and spiritually for the birth of your baby.

Services offered include:

  • one-on-one in the privacy of your own home
  • small groups for you and your friends
  • evidence based information provided in a user-friendly format
  • tailored for you and your individual needs
  • flexible appointment times that are convenient for you
  • programs that are partner inclusive
  • on-going support via email, telephone and post-natal visits

We will help you to:

  • make informed choices
  • understand how past an personal experiences may influence you
  • clarify expectation
  • identify potential problems/stressors and implement actions to reduce them
  • develop strategies for labour and birth
  • develop your post-natal support system
